Return Policy for Online Orders

– For Online Purchases –

There are no refunds or returns for orders placed through Charter Schools.

Returns and Refunds for Boxes

Boxes are not eligible for return or refund after payment.

If you’re not ready for your next payment, you must pause or cancel your subscription before the next payment date.

You can find your next payment date in your account under the Subscription(s) section.

Cancellation for Box Subscriptions

You can cancel future payments at any time. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to “Subscription(s)”
  3. Click “View” next to the subscription you need to cancel
  4. Click “Cancel”

Please note, if you chose a 4-box or 9-box plan, you will continue to receive boxes until the end of your current prepaid billing period. Refunds are not issued mid-term.

Consistency Crew Refunds

We do not issue refunds for Consistency Crew subscriptions, whether monthly or annually. 

CANCELLATION FOR CONSISTENCY CREW MEMBERSHIP

The Consistency Crew renews on the 28th of the month.

You can cancel future payments any time before the 28th of month. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to “Subscription(s)”
  3. Click “View” next to your Consistency Crew subscription
  4. Click “Cancel”

Please note, if you have an annual subscription, you will continue to have access to the Consistency Crew until the end of your paid year.

Books

Books are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and not damaged.

Contact support@talkbox.mom with your receipt. Once the return is approved by our team, send the book to:

Your access to the book in the Companion App will be immediately revoked. 

After the shipment is received, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business day, and you will be notified by email when it’s done.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are not eligible for refund as you get instant access to the download.

  • Items returned outside of the TalkBox.Mom return policy will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
  • We do not accept exchanges.
