We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from TalkBox.Mom. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please follow our return policy below.
Returning a Book
Unused. Product received within 30 days. You ship it back and receive a full refund of the original purchase price within 10-15 business days (less shipping).
Returning the First TalkBox
Unused. Original Packaging. Product received within 30 days. You ship it back and receive a full refund of the original purchase price within 10-15 business days (less shipping).
Returning a TalkBox Renewal
Unused. Original Packaging. Returned within 14 days. Full refund (less shipping and restocking). (Why? We send a reminder email about the renewal and wait one day after a renewal is received to see if there is a cancelation. Cancelations before shipping will be a full refund minus the credit card processing fee.)
#1. Please fill out the return authorization form with your order number, name, and email address.
#2. Put the completed return authorization form in your package, and ship it back to:

#3. Please watch your email! After the shipment is received with the return authorization form and examined, your return will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- Items that are returned outside of the TalkBox.Mom return policy will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
- TalkBox.Mom does accept exchanges. If you wish to try a different product, please refer to our Language Remorse Policy (below).
- Once the items are received by TalkBox.Mom, a refund will be issued within 10-15 business days and an e-mail notification will be sent.
Language Remorse Policy
If you are having language remorse (you feel like you picked the wrong language) within 30 days of your order first TalkBox order date (or 2 weeks after a language renewal) and your TalkBox is unused, just ship back your unused TalkBox with the return authorization form. Please write the reason code as “6” and let us know what language you want in exchange in the “Reason Description”. Within 10-15 business days and an e-mail notification will be sent that we have received your TalkBox and are shipping out your new TalkBox.
If your last order is outside of the 30 days, let us know which language you would like instead, and we will have your subscription renew with the new language starting back at Box 1.
