Challenge 1: The Playground

Think of the park as a mini-world, full of items like bridges, tunnels, and ladders that you’ll find in the real world, making it an excellent language training ground. 🤸‍♀️

By describing where you or someone else is in relation to playground equipment, you’re adding extra juicy detail to your language skills. Learn contextually, seeing and changing your relation to items to build fluency. 👀

Plus, there’s a second part full of engaging conversations using playground equipment. All through play, these series will significantly improve your recall and boost your conversational skills—even outside the playground! 🚀

Challenge 2: The Playground Guide

Inside the Playground Guide, you’ll find an interactive activity, featuring a call-and-response format, boosting fluency as each participant trades off speaking. You’ll command and describe actions, hearing the grammatical nuances in real-time context: now that’s fluent understanding! Each call-and-response forms a series, improving your recall.

With high-frequency verbs and vocab sprinkled throughout, you’ll start spotting what you’re learning in literature, film, and daily life. Plus, with 30 different options, you can choose which playground equipment you’ll use for practice. So, are you ready to slide into some language fun?

Challenge 3: Small Talk

Now that native speakers will overhear you at the playground, it’s time to be park-ready for impromptu chats by mastering conversational skills with strangers. 👋 Our fun sheet in this challenge guides you through self-introductions and common questions, giving you confidence in small talk. With character cards, you’ll be ready for diverse responses, deepening the conversation.

By learning contextually, you’ll quickly gain fluency and strengthen recall with numbers, dates, and spelling (for languages with Roman alphabets) by sharing details about your life and family members’ lives. But most importantly, you’ll be able to share your interests in a new language and make friends! 🤗
